Carpel tunnel release surgery (6 photos)
A 57 year old female was referred to us following
failure of conservative treatment for Carpal tunnel
syndrome with Steroids and Splintage. Her main
complaints were increased pain in the right hand more
so at night, disturbed sleep.Weakness in grip.
She underwent surgical release of Carpal tunnel and
Guyons canal at the same time....
Surgery was perform at civil hospital Karachi by Dr .Ahmed Jalil
